How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your camper's age group, the weeks you book and whether you book early and late care. Alphonse is glad to talk it through by phone.

Registration

Registration holds a place and covers each camper's file for the summer. It is due when you register.

Holding a place

A place is held once we have your registration and the first week's payment. When a week is full, families join a waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing

Each week is billed on its own, and the balance is due before the week starts. You can call us if another arrangement would help.

Siblings

If two or more of your children come to camp, tell us when you register. We place each in the right age group and look at the weeks together.

Withdrawing

We ask for notice before a booked week, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. Call us and we will explain what happens to a week already booked.

Gear and other costs

A few things are priced on their own: the camp jersey, and early and late care. Each is named, with what it covers, when you register.
